My name is Kenny and when I was little, my parents fed me anything. They knew what foods were “bad”, but they still fed me. Man o man, I remember when I was twelve; McDonalds had a twenty chicken nugget deal for TWO dollars. They advertised that promotion like it was the cure for cancer. What did I do? I ordered two orders of those boot shaped McNuggets. I’m not going to lie; those chicken nuggets were like a flavor explosion in my mouth. Mmm, grade F chicken meat and chemicals wrapped in a crunchy batter blanket. What is there to not love?
I went from a 150 lb twelve year old to a 250 lb sixteen year old. I was not a beef cake either. I decided to change it all once day by joining a gym. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. It took me about half a year of research before I was on point with my nutrition and exercise regimen. Trial and error combined with sweat and tears; I am now at 175 lbs at 13% body fat with something that I never thought would be achievable, a six pack. Achieving perfection in one life time is impossible, but the thrill of the chase is what keeps me going.
I am currently attending high school still. I am going to attend the University of Michigan Ann Arbor this year and plan to major in business. Not sure what aspect of it, but I’m sure that I will find out soon. My goal is to help others achieve the body that they want with my personal experiences and knowledge. I have fallen deeply in love with nutrition, exercise, and everything else in between. It will always be a part of my life and I hope to help put a dent in the world’s growing obesity problem because its not getting any better.
Heres a list of goals that I hope to accomplish throughout my life time.
- Be married to a wonderful wife and have two children.
- Be Respected.
- Be able to provide for my family comfortably.
- Be able to change lives.
- Be able to influence others.
- Own everything my heart desires.
- Retire in comfort.
- Own a large home on the beach side.
- Win a natural bodybuilding competition.
The list goes on…..
