		<description>I like making exercise part of my daily commute.  If nothing else, I try to take the stairs instead of the elevator. (If you take the stars you are much less likely to get stuck between floors -- unless you work on the 32nd floor, in which case take the elevator part of the way!)</description>

		<description>I use resistance bands to do my strength training at home, which is like having a gym in a bag that weighs only a few ounces!

I also walk, which you can do anywhere, but I prefer walking on my treadmill, then I don't have to stop for traffic. ;)</description>
