I will have pictures of my self up this weekend hopefully. I’ve been busy with the track team and school lately, so I hope I have time this weekend to put some finishing touches on the site. I havent been hitting the weight room very often because of track as well which kind of annoys me. My diet has been pretty clean as of lately, with a little bit of indulgence here and there. Eating a lot gets tiring, especially when you are eating the same thing over and over again. I really need to switch it up. Here’s what I’ve been eating……
- Breakfast 7am- 6 Egg whites, 2 Whole Eggs, Glass of milk, Cup of oats
- Lunch 12pm- 2 russet potatoes, 8oz of beef/chicken
- Before Practice 3:00pm: A banana
- After practice 5-6pm: 2 cups of white rice, 1 chicken breast,
- Dinner 8pm: 8oz of beef/chicken/fish(I’ve been eating an entire cornish game hen for dinner lately, some veggies, 1 yam, glass of milk
- Before bed 11pm: glass of milk, nuts/peanut butterMmm 20 raws eggs and a frozen chicken breast shake : ). He’s adding almond flavor to his eggs lol.
