So today I had an interview with the MGM scholarship board for a scholarship. I thought it would be a nice friendly one on one kind of interview, but when I walked into the room, it was SIX people on one side of a table and one chair on the other. I felt that I was more nervous then I wanted to be, but it was fine (I hope so). Their eyes seemed like laser beams burning through my face. They were really nice though, intimidating, but nice. But after the interview, my dad took me to his area of work in the casino…..the all you can eat buffet. Man was it amazing, there were stations spread across a huge area, one for asian cuisine, one for italian cuisine, one for souther cuisine, one for mexican cuisine. It was like a mini gathering of of all the food in the world.

mmm sushi
I started off with three california rolls, three dragon rolls, three shrimp tempura rolls. I wasn’t done there, then I had lamb chops, meat loaf in brown gravy, barbecue ribs, beef brisket, this chicken pasta cream stuff. O man was it amazing. I really need to stay away from the sushi rolls because those suckers are easy to eat and if you don’t watch it, pack a ton of calories I haven’t eaten at a buffet in a long while so I thought that it would do me good
. I probably ate around 1000 calories, but it’s ok once in a while to shock your system with an overload of delicious food, especially when you are trying to put on weight. I am currently weighing 182lbs in the morning, hoping to reach the 195lbs mark.
