The mixability was great. It sometimes got stuck on the spoon, but you can just lick it off. With a shaker cup it is beyond easy, but if you let the powder sit too long on top of the liquid then it will stick to the side.

The texture was great with milk and good with water. I wish it would be a little more creamier with water though, but hey, its water.
