Putting on weight is a lot harder then I thought it was going to be. I cut weight for about a year and the entire time, all I thought about was how much easier it was going to be to put on some lean muscle weight. Boy was I wrong because you have to eat alot to tip the scale! I just had a huge 10oz steak, can of baked beans, and a large glass of milk. I started out at 175lbs and now I’m at 180lbs. The 5lbs gained is my guess just water weight because I was carb depleted at 175lbs (mean I didn’t hold much water because of lack of carbs). Ehh. I’ll probably continue putting on weight until June or July. Until then, the only thing I can do is eat.
