I haven’t updated in a while, but I have been constant with the gym. I’ve been trying to put on weight lately so I may seem a little fatter/softer. Right now I am about 185lbs and I aim to break 200lbs by the end of the summer. I am going to the gym about five days a week and consuming around 3000 calories a day. A lot of beef, chicken, lamb and milk lately. I haven’t been doing enough cardio though. I have done none actually. I am going to start sprints up hill this week on Sunday, that’ll be my cardio day.
As for progress, my shoulders are lacking and I really need to hammer those suckers to get some nice growth. My abs are slowly fading away because my diet is not as clean as I would hope it would be but eating a lot of clean food is hard!
College starts in 2.5 months and it’s a little nerve racking/exciting. I get to live on my own, do things the way I want to do it
