I haven’t updated in a long time due to some other priorities I had to attend to. The past month and a half has been a pretty much “eat all you can” kind of thing. I decided to try and put on weight two months ago and got frustrated when the scale would not budge. It just stuck at 185. As a result, I told myself that I was going to eat everything and anything in my path. *slaps head*. It was a really bad idea. To make things even worse, graduation parties where at full blast these months. That means free food and lots of it. I couldn’t help myself, I would hop to graduation parties with my friend stuffing my face at everyone’s party. Pasta, chicken, pasta, meatballs, pasta, cake, tacosalad, and more pasta. A ton of carbs and fat with not enough protein. At the end of the day I would feel like a bloated pig. I just shrugged it off and said “hey, I’m gaining weight, I should feel like this”. Eh. My first time trying to gain weight so what ever. I’ve lost sight of my abs but one thing thats wierd is that my vascularity had increased, something that I thought would be lost with all of the calories. guess not.
So I am debating between continuing to put on weight or to cut down. I’ve never had full blown cut up abs before, so cutting is pretty tempting. On the other hand, I will be attending my brothers wedding in Mexico on the twenty fifth of this month. So I think I’m going to continue putting on “LEAN” weight until I come back. After that I will do an extreme cut, dropping as much body fat as possible in 30 days. I will log my diet and exercise those 30 days. Here’s a couple 3 week old pics of me.
